Fabricate ELT Antenna base and mounting bracket from aluminum angle and make my final ground plane. The position in photo 3 places the antenna base between a rudder cable and the elevator push rod with plenty of clearance. It is also as far aft as the antenna height allowed. A test fit of a golf club ensures I can still stow my driver. I still can't hit it, but I can take it with me.
