Fabricate the transponder antenna ground plane from 14 ga wire and temporarily install transponder antenna base to locate ground plane. Now I can hot glue down the ground plane wires and glass down if necessary. Final installation of antenna after paint.
Bolts upside down for this fitting - gravity helps.
