Brief Description: Locate and install upper rudder hinge
After a bit of research, it seems a better solution was to drill the access hole in the top of the vertical stabalizer. This allows for much easier instalation of the upper rudder bracket nuts. After clearing this with Nick, the airplane designer, I drilled the installation hole in the top of the VS. I still drilled the inspection hole below the bracket after the fact. I'll want to make sure these nuts can be seen during annuals. I'll close the top so I don't create any unnecessary drag.
