Another slow week at the hanger. Work keeps getting in the way !! Had to figure out some of the wiring to make sure I can use the key switch for the starter. The wires are not big enough to handle the load for this engine. They use a different type of starter that is like a car starter so I have to install a solonoid to handle the load. Not a big problem once you know what is needed. Figured out the location and drilled and mounted the ECU ( Engine Control Unit ) master switch, curcuit breaker and light on the panel. Picture 2 it looks like the label is crooked so I will have to maybe correct that. Pictue 3 is the Fuel Pump A & B switches ( that light up when on ) and circuit breakers installed. Didn't have time to make up the labels so now I have something to do this week. They are mounted right above the radio. I have electrical connectors and some fuel line fittings on order that will be in this week I should have all the new switches and breakers all wired up by the end of the week unless something goes wrong.
