Brief Description: Canopy handle guide blocks and canopy guides
Mounted the canopy latching block and the latch plate. Mark and made guide blocks by drilling and countersinking mounting holes, radius edges. Mark and tap holes on roll bar and attach parts. Had to modify blocks because they were hitting canopy nuts and would not go past them. Got it to close but then they were hitting when I tried to open it and had to get help to get it lifted. Not really happy with the way I had to change the blocks but when you lifted it on one side only the canopy would flex, but if you lifted it right in the center it worked good. Now I have to get ready for the Canopy fairing that is made with fiberglass. This will be a new experience !!
