Placed weight on aft end of stabilator and removed slack in upper cable till the control stick just comes off the forward stop. Position control stick 10 inches from lower face of the F-1202T instrument panel. Adjust turnbuckles on cables to obtain 35-45 pounds of tension using cable tension meter. Check movement and then install lock clips in the V notch of the turnbuckles to secure them so they will not move.
