Cut and install nylon gromet material into hole in the side skins for the flaperon tubes. Put locking bolt into flaperon control system to center and lock controls. Install wings with flaperons on and line up and insert the torque tube fittings with the flaperon. Clamp trailing edge and then put 0.063 spacer between torque tube and torque arms. Clamp together and drill through hole in arm and into torque tube. Clecoe the first hole and then drill the 2nd hole the same way. Do this for both wings, Remove clecoe and remove or pull wings out enough so you can remove the torque tube. Unbolt the torque arms in the plane and remove. Clecoe and clamp the parts back together with the shims and flip over and drill the 2 other holes. Drill through both sides with a #12 drill so the bolt will fit in. Take apart and put parts back in the plane and then install the thru bolts and nuts. Take out the locking bolt in the control system, re-install the wings and test the controls.
