I cut, trimmed and sanded the Cee Bailey windscreen to fit. I then sanded the cabin surface where the windscreen will attach and added #6 AN washers to being the windscreen up to level with the cabin cover. I tested the Sure Strip paint remover from ACS on the glair screen edge to see how it will work. After 4 minutes, the black two part epoxy top coat had bubbled up and was ready to remove. Once removed, I reapplied the remover on the base paint. After five minutes, it too bubbled up and was wiped off. Tomorrow, I will double check the windscreen fit and then remove the paint where the fiberglass E-Glass windscreen will be laid up.
