My good friend Bill told me that fiberglass pot life is cut in half for every 10°. With my garage at 80°, I lined a bix with styrofoam and cooled the epoxy while working on it. Kris and I worked in the garage last night till midnight building a partition for a room air conditioner to sit in. This morning, just before dawn, I opened my back door and installed the A/C and the partition. That kept the garage rather comfortable by removing the humidity even though it was still about 77° and 55% humidity. Great conditions to work in. Bill taught me a lot today, and we stopped with one piece remaining. I plan to grind off the bumps where the window clips are, and install the last piece Thursday. Bill used an epoxy roller every third layer, and all together we laid up over 22 layers.
