Brief Description: Front fairing fiberglass reinforcement
I jacked up the front with my truck jack and removed front wheel/tire to have enough room to epoxy the inside of the front fairing. After threading the brackets I covered them with shipping tape and sprayed them with mold release to keep the epoxy from sticking to them. I then added modeling clay to each brackets' backside to keep the epoxy from going around the back making it difficult to remove. I covered the screws in wax and applied the epoxy to the inside. The screws were then tightened just enough to maintain the fairing shape and left to cure. Once cured, I will sand it all smooth and touch it up before painting.
