I installed bearings in both Aileron to Bellcrank and Bellcrank to Torque Tube push rods. I then manufactured the Torque Tube Assembly. The unit had to be 17 3/4 in leangth and the Aft Torque Tube Collar had to be clocked (indexed) 5/16 of an inch relative to the Forward Torque Tube. The right wing was a mirror image of the left. Once all the parts were assembled and tested for specification compliance, I disassembled, deburred and painted them. The outside of the Torque Tube Collars are powder coated so they did not get painted....only the inside. The Torque tube connection itself is aircraft steel and was primed inside and out. All will be assembled tomorrow.
