If the bearing is not right... nothing will work well... if at all. The bearing was checked for size and burrs inside and out. Perfect. The bellcrank had what appeared to be a weld berry inside so I rolled up some emery paper and honed it smooth. I took scotchbrite to the bolt and installed the assemby in both the right and left wing. After I make sure it all works, I need to add in the autopilot components to the right wing bellcrank.
