The sealant is just messy.... beyond what I thought it was going to be. I will be better prepared tomorrow. After I got all cleaned up, I noticed the fuel vent line ended up on the aft rivet and not the forward rivet as presented in the instructions. I have a note in to Vans tech support to see if I can leave it, or have to drill it out and re-seal it. No problem either way...
