After clecoing the ribs into place and the riveting of the stiffeners to ribs 7, 11, & 12, I started to run the stringers.
Found that none of the fore & aft members that run between the spars under the fuel tank area had been supplied with the kit.
Not even sure if they are still required, however I'll cut two lengths of 3/4 X 3/4 X 1/16 inch angle and run these at equal spaces between ribs 11 & 12.
All but one of the wing drawings supplied show only 11 ribs, when the only drawing with any measurements shows 12, and similarly, only one drawing shows the 5 stringers top & bottom, the rest show only 3 stringers top & bottom. ???? All very confusing and generating lots of doubt in my mind about the real strength of the wings.
The Design owners still refusing to supply any credible evidence of the wing loading calculations so it is looking as though I'll be employing a local Aeronautical Engineer to do this for me.
