Today I finally started on the assembly of the Cabin doors and the opening windows. There is very little info on this section in the assembly manual and only limited stuff in the drawings which are not up to date with what has been supplied.
Looking at Don Morrissey & others web sites has helped form a plan of attack.
I started by using masking tape to hold the frames in place and then placing the hinges for the window. I had already placed the door hinges some time ago and these helped when holding the frames into place.
I used wedges to jamb and chock the frames from moving whilst the skins were taped into place for marking the rivet lines.
