Clecoed all left ribs to main spar and match drilled #12 and #30 holes as directed. Drilled main spar 5/8" in outboard most bay for HID and Nav Light wiring pass through and installed SB625-7 Snap Bushing. Disassembled and deburred all ribs, drilled 7/16" holes for pitot tube pass through and 3/4" holes for wiring conduit. Prepped and primed all parts. Clecoed and riveted Outboard Flap Hinge assemblies. Had trouble riveting the Torque Tube Support Bracket and cracked the Flange Bearing. Disassembed the support, straightened the brackets, replaced the bearing and did a much better job of riveting it together; a little touch up to the primer and it will hardly be noticeable. Riveted the Inboard Flap Hing and Torque Tube Support assembly to the inboard rib. Clecoed all left wing ribs to left main spar.
