Match drilled Trim Access Reinforcement Plate. Clecoed and match drilled E-921 Elevator Gusset to E-905 Root Rib and E-1007 Rear Spar. Clecoed E-1022 Shear Clip to E-1007 Rear Spar and clecoed outboard tip rib assembly to front and rear spars. Matched drilled #30 Holes common to tip rib assembly, shear clip, and front spar. Clecoed E-1001A Top Skin to elevator, inserted, clecoed, and marked VA-140 Trailing Edge wedge. Removed VA-140 and trimmed to length to create E-1023 and clecoed back in place. Located and marked position of Static Wicks and drilled for MK2000-3 nutplates on bottom elevator skin only. MUST FABRICATE DOUBLER PLATE FOR INBOARD STATIC WICK MOUNT AS PER SUGGESTION. Match drilled close out tab and E-1022 (Inboard) Shear Clip. Clecoed and match drilled #30 WD-605-L-1 Elevator Horn
