Reassembled rudder skeleton and match drilled holes in R-1002, R-1003A, R-1003B, and R-1012 previously undrilled. Attached right side R-1001 to skeleton, removed R-1005 so rudder would sit flat on workbench while match drilling R-1001, R-1006, and angle iron bucking bar for T.E.'s
