Cut and deburred replacement VS-1014-R & VS-1014-L. Deburred VS-1003 and used plenty of clamps while match drilling #30 holes in web and #40 holes in flanges. Countersunk #40 holes in VS-1003 flanges as per directions, but only removed cleco in order to countersink, after countersinking, replaced cleco.
