Brief Description: Relief Drilled in R. Root Ribs, Bolted Truss to Re
1. Completed Assembly Alert # 183 today by drilling out a 3/16" hole in each right root rib and using a hack saw to cut relief at junction of mini flange and main flange on root ribs. Deburred both sides then Clecoed both ribs onto frame.
2. Cleaned, deburred and Clecoed wing tie down into plae on right wing.
3. Bolted the right truss to the right rear spar. I used two thick 1/4" washers to space between the thruss and rear spar. I used a 1/8" thick piece of wood to hold the washers in place while i stabbed the bolts. This worked well.
