I got my Dad to help today. We cut a few pieces and places a few rivets. All in all we got the right aileron root rib done, 1 hinge drilled, and we got the counterbalance spacers completed. Best of all I can now say that Dad had some part in this airplane, as he can too. He was impressed with the process and saw how it can be a great learning experience. I can tell he would be a meticulous builder should he ever take it on. I bet he would make a wonderful plane.
