I drilled all of the spar cap holes up to the first rib. I did a lot of thinking on this and how to do it but I think I have a system. I am going to try and finish the spar cap drilling in my next session so that I can deburr and reassemble and updrill this weekend. I accidentally drilled two of the rib holes on the spar cap to #40 (instead of pilot hole at 3/32) but since that is the size of the rivet that will go in there it is not a big deal. I will just have to updrill the rib from the spar cap side to the proper size and everything should be fine, it's hardly even worth writing down.
