Brief Description: Right spar drilled, dimpled, and updrilled
I got the spar countersunk and dimpled. I used the drill press with the microstop and that made the process amazingly fast and perfectly consistent. I got all of the countersinking on all pieces done in about 15 minutes. I got the main spar web dimpled in about an hour then it was on to assembly. Got it all assembled and updrilled the spar web and all the stiffener brackets. I dissassembled it all and at the end of the night and cleaned the work area. All I need to do is final deburring and I am ready for solid riveting once again.
