Brief Description: Finished deburring left spar parts
Finished all the necessary deburring for the spar parts. I got the spar web and both spar caps done today. I used a combination of 220 grit soft sanding blocks from the aviation paint department of WalMart. I also used a $5.00 stress riser detector. You cust run it along the holes and if it snags at all you know you have a bit more work to do. Also pictures is my handy deburring buddy. I use a Avery dewburring bit and a hex adapter in my cordless screwdriver. It turns at just the right speed to do a great job. Tomorrow I believe I will be able to start my final assembly.
