I only had mounted one sde of the elevator horn back when I did it, so that I could make sure everything was nice and flat with no twists when it came to elevator assembly day. I will tell you these little things took a lot of time! I was really nervous about my hinge binding so I was extra careful. All turned out well and the hinges move freely. I had a few minor issues but all worked out with ingenuity. I had to notch the inboard skin so that I could clear the trim tab mount. I was making sure my overall distance was 78" as noted in the plans. I ended up about 2/32 over 78" but worst case scenario I may have to file the fiberglass tips a bit. I am not worried about it.
