Brief Description: RG-400 and rewire PAR100ex

Terminated the comm, VOR and GTN650 GPS cables. Also, made some changes inside the PAR100EX connectors due to Steins guys having it wrong. :-( Glad I called PSEngineering...rewiring would be significantly more difficult with the topskin rivetted on.
