Brief Description: Rear spar, doubler, and rudder hinge mounts
Started work on the vertical stabilizer by spot-stripping the plastic coat from the rear spar and spar doubler, in hopes of leaving enough to protect the alclad.
Then Houston went to town clecoing these pieces together.
