Drill heads of new bolts M6-1.0 x 16mm, Fastenal P/N 0135916 x5 for engine oil sump plate to allow safety wire. (One acorn nut remains, this secures the stud that holds the oil pick up tube). Install these new bolts and safety wire.
Install oil cooler & baffles, using bolts M6-1.0 x 16mm Fastenal P/N 0135916.
Fabricate AN6 hose & fittings from bottom of oil separator to the engine oil sump plate, install same.
Sump plate oil hose fittings: RUS-661510 1/4" NPT Male to NPT 1/4" Male Straight Nipple RUS-661450 1/4" NPT Female to 1/4" NPT Female Straight Coupler RUS-660450 1/4" NPT Male to AN6 Female Straight RUS-610160 AN6 Female 90 Degree Swivel Hose End
Tighten all AN & NPT oil fittings.
Install exhaust manifold gaskets and manifold. Fastenal bolts M8-1.25x16mm, no FW or LW.
