4 @ 281 mm - 10 mm for tip = 271 mm 4 @ 282 mm - 10 mm for tip = 272 mm
Rough cut length with Dremel cut off wheel. With push rod mounted in fixture, and Crane Cams push rod cutting drill bit in drill press cut to final length. Deburr all. Start tips into push rods by tapping with a small hammer, then using 1 nut and 2 washers as spacers, use drill press to press tips into push rods.
