Step drill D02-02 Canopy 5/32", 3/16" with acrylic drill bits. Step drill D02-15R Side Trim. Tap D02-07R Side Tube 8-32 (was previously drilled to #30). Drilling to #30 preferred over 1/8" for tapping 8-32. Need to check canopy alignment with bows. Assemble front & aft bows to side tubes, right side tube & trim & hinge fastened with 4 screws. Lay canopy on. Fasten canopy to hook assembly on left side. Remove 4 screws on right side, assemble canopy between hinge & tube, secure with 8-32 screws.
