Re-install F17-04 Windshield Strap & cleco. Re-install D02-01 Windshield, lowering D02-04 Windshield Bow until windshield just rests on the longerons from front to back. Use ratchet strap to pull windshield down to longerons. Drill 5 holes in D02-01 Windshield, screw to F17-04 Windshield Strap. Dril 5/32" on both sides of D02-01 Windshield & Forward Fuselage Skin x2. Remove D02-01 Windshield, updrill to 3/16", 7/32" using Acrylic bits. Updrill Forward Fuselage Skin x 2 to 3/16", 7/32". Fabricate nut plate strips x 2 for 4 forward holes on each side of the fuselage skins, to fasten D02-01 Windshield (cannot reach under windshield to install nuts !)
