Work on W12-01L Left Rear Spar. Drill holes in spar for W16-01 thru -04, -05 x 8 Aft Rib trailing edge. Drill #40 and cleco all holes in W13-01L Left Hand Attach Plate, W13-02L Left Root Rib Attach Angle, W13-04 Doubler. Cleco W16-01 thru -04, -05 x 8 Aft Rib to W12-01L Left Rear Spar and W08-01L Left Main Spar. Level and clamp rear spar to work bench. Clamp W08-01L Left Main Spar to work bench, check Main Spar and Rear Spar for level forward to rear at ends and middle.
