Notch forward end of W16-01L Left Hand Root Rib. Fabricate W11-03 x 2 Wing Attach Block, drill 3/16" through W11-03 Wing Attach Block and W11-05 End Attach Angle. Drill same to 1/4" and assemble to W08-01L Main Spar. Drill 3/16" W11-07 Root Attach Angle, bolt to W08-01L Main Spar. Drill 3/16" pilot hole through W11-07 and W11-03 Wing Attach Block.
