Fitting W21-12 x 4 Pivot Bushings to W21-03, W21-06 Upper Angle, W21-04, W21-07 Lower Angle to make W21-02L & R Bell Crank Pivot Assembly and W21-10 x 2 Bell Crank Assembly.
To fit the pivot bushings to the brass bushings, I took a 1/4" piece of rod, cut a slot in the end, then put a piece of emery paper in the slot, wrapped it around the rod, and using a drill to spin the rod, reamed out the bushing I.D. until the pivot bushings fit easily into the brass bushings.
Then I assembled the angles, phenolic spacer, arm and pivot bushings. Reamed the brass bushings again until the pivot bushings and bolt pivot freely.
