taped off bonding area to top forward skin & painted with black satin the area for glare shield. Located, drilled, and tapped rollbar for windshield attachment. Sanded top forward skin and bonded windshield with epoxy/flox mix while screwing top to roll bar and applying 7 bids of fiberglass over bonding area to top forward skin. Let set for 24 hours. Applied 10 bid of fiberglass over rollbar area overlapping to canopy and side skirt. Drilled through forward fiberglass layup and skin with #30 drill, 7 holes with 4" spacing. Counter sunk and installed 7 pop rivets. Applied epoxy/flox over pop rivets and installed final 1 bid of fiberglass. After cured, I applied several layers of thin epoxy/micro and sanded to shape beginning with 60 grit to 220 grit. Sand, sand, sand!!
