We spent considerable time notching HS404 and determining the proper location for the 4 holes to be drilled through HS404/810/814/405.

Fluted ribs as necessary. Great videos on YouTube on how to properly flute the ribs. The process is very easy.

Clecoed together skeleton for horizontal stab. Next step will be to install skins.
