Brief Description:  Tank installation complete...

...Tank installation complete...Tightened all screws on both tanks. Torqued AN4H-6A bolts in tank attach angle brackets and safety wired according to sectionn C-C, drawing 46. Tightened fuel fittings for R fuel tank, added fuel and tested-okay after torquing. Replaced test insert with fuel drain valve on R fuel tank. Cleaned bottom of fuselage around fuel vent drain.
