...Cleaned and polished top area of flap bend. Installed protective tape at top edge of flaps where they slide under the top wing skin. Reconnected flaps to struts and reconnected flap motor in housing area. Ran flaps up and down using electric source. They draw 2 amps when moving steady. they need adjusting as flaps do not fully retract.
