...Final preparation for flight...Paul worked on riveting heel plates to carpet, and another interior check. I reattached the GRD Bus by the L fuel gage, and did an under panel inspection. It took both batteries ganged together to start as it has been since early Nov. I taxied and we tied down on the ramp and ran to 4630 static rpm and 28.8" MAP (manifold pressure). I set the AFR (air/fuel ratio) for 4250 and 4500 rpm. We leak checked everything and oil level okay and replaced the cowl. Tommorow, tomorrow, I love you, tommorow is going to be a great day!
