...Frank Baldwin did the final certification inspection..Bob Pickens had helped me make the proper ELT logbook entry in the Aircraft Log. Frank had me sign the Weight and Balance documentation. He inspected the logbooks, explained my flying area, the rules and limitations for the 40 hour flyoff period. The paperwork I must submit to be certified to make the annual condition inspection which will be due feb 29th, 2012. He checked all the instruments for markings and that the flight controls were operational and not binding.
