...Attached A/P blue serial 232 wire to EFIS...Called Mark at GRT and he advised me that the blue A/P 232 serial wire goes in pin 3 of the EFIS display unit (DU). Labeled wire and crimped female D-sub and inserted. The Y and O wires need an ARINC429 module available with a second screen for vertical input. Since I wanrt to keep my internal GPS, I will still have VS capability but it will come from the A/P sensors rather than the GPS. Fine for my VFR purposes. So the G/O/Y/W autopilot wires will be bundled and saved for potential future use.
