I decided to redo the center rudder tube bushing due to misaligned holes and center cut. I received the new bushing today. Set up the bushing in the smithy milling machine and drilled required holes using #10 drill.
Set up the bushing in a hand miter box to make the cut dividing the bushing in two.
Cleco rudder pedal and doublers together.
Rivet pedals using p-squeezer. NOTE: The flanges are on the BACK side of the rudder pedals. I note this to ensure proper rivet direction. I wanted the manufactured head on the foot side of the pedals.
