Brief Description: Install Left ER Tank Access Panel

1142 - 1348 Layout and drill access panel hinge using #40 drill. Fabricate 2 spacers for panel hinge so hinge will sit flush with wingtip from 063 sheet. Match drill panel and spacers using #40 drill, cleco as drilled. Layout panel on wingtip. Cut panel opening in wingtip using permagrit tools. File and sand wingtip opening to final size. Match drill wingtip for panel hinge using #40 drill, cleco as drilled. Using english wheel, finish form the panel doubler. Drill top left and right pilot holes in doubler and wingtip. Dril #40 hole in center of doubler. Install cleco in this hole to use as handle for positioning doubler. Drill wingtip and doubler mount holes using #40 drill, cleco as drilled. Install panel, hinge, and spacers using clecos. Verify fit of panel and doubler. Adjust all edges and smooth with 180 s/p.
