Cleco nut plates to access panel doubler.

Rivet nut plates using p-squeezer.

Cleco doubler to tunnel wall.

Rivet doubler using p-squeezer and p-rivet puller.

Verify fit of panel.

Panel will not be installed at this time as access will be needed for plumbing.

Screws are MS24694S4. This is equivalent to AN509-8R7.
