Finish drilling doubler using #40 drill.

Cleco doubler to floor, verify fit of access plate.

Fabricate stiffener angles from 025 aluminum.

Debur and smooth edges of angles using bench sander and s/b wheel.

Locate and drill angle mounting holes using #40 drill

Match drill mounting holes to access plate using #40 drill.

Cleco doubler to floor and floor to structure.

Cleco stiffeners to access plate.

Verify fit of plate in floor.
