Brief Description:  Install Flap Actuator

1248 - 1330

Fasten flap actuator rod end bearing to flap crank using drilled bolt, castle nut, and cotter pin.

Torque bolt and install cotter pin.

Torque actuator mount bolt to eliminate end play.

Install cotter pin.

Install safety wire from actuator upper lip around end bearing spacer per plans.

Verify interference free movement of flap actuator, crank, torques tubes, and horns using 12V regulated power supply. Verified stop to stop movement.
