Fabricate 2" Rubber grommet with PVC insert to pass 3 corrugated conduit through, 2x. Used 1 1/4"rubber plumbing adapter, cut to 1/2" thickness, through the center of the hose clamp rabbet, to yield two flanged rubber bushings. Used 1 1/4" schedule 40 pvc conduit to fabricate two 1/2" thick rigid bushings. Internal edges of pvc was chamfered and smoothed using bench sander and finishing with 220 s/p.
Install rubber bushings.
Insert pvc rigid bushings.
Glued rubber grommet to aluminum rib using "shoe goo" rubber adhesive.
Fabricated conduit bracket for F-1006 rib using 025 aluminum with stiffener edges bent to 90 degrees.
Layout and drill three 7/8" holes in bracket using unibit, 2x.
Debur and smooth all edges of brackets.
Clean and prime brackets.
Center bracket on lightening hole in F-1006.
Match drill F-1006 rib using brackets as a guide.
Debur holes.
Rivet brackets to F-1006 using p-squeezer and 3x gun.
Install snap bushing into 7/8" holes, 6x.
Install conduit through seat floor bushings, through rib bushings and F-1006 bushing brackets.
Conduits will be tie wrapped and secured with stand offs.
