Brief Description:  QB Wings Lower Wing Box Stiffener

1300 - 1700

Mark and cut lower J stiffener to length.

Mark center line of J stiffener using tool previously made.

Install J stiffener into position in lower wing, align end of stiffener with outboard rib.

Cleco bottom skin to wing structure.

Match drill all holes common to J stiffener and skin using #40 drill, aligning with center line. Cleco every hole.

Final drill all holes in bottom right skin to structure using #40 drill.

Remove all clecos and bottom skin from structure.
