Remove clecos from tailcone top skins.

Remove top skins.

Label stiffeners L & R.

Locate and clamp shoulder harness mounts per plans.

Match drill holes in mounts to longerons using #12 drill. Bolt each hole as drilled.

Label mounts L & R.
