Brief Description:  Prepare Tailcone F-1010 Bulkhead

Debur and smooth all edges of F-1010 tailcone bulkhead with bench sander and s/b wheel.

Position HS attachment angle per plans and clamp in place.

Match drill 13 common holes in attachment angle and bulkhead with #30 drill and cleco.

Final drill all remaining common holes in bulkhead and doublers with #30 drill and cleco.
